If you’re a peach lover like me, then you won’t want to miss the annual Porter Peach Festival this summer, one of the sweetest events you can experience in Oklahoma. If you know anything about the best peaches in the Sooner State, then you know some of the sweetest peaches in the state can be found in the orchards near Porter. This 3-day festival is filled with everything peaches and also includes food vendors, rides, games, a parade, contests, and much more.
The annual Porter Peach Festival will take place July 14-16, 2022, in Downtown Porter. It is the 56th annual festival and is one of the most beloved festivals in the state. During the three days, there is a full schedule of events you won’t want to miss.

The festival is all about peaches and celebrating the town’s agriculture. During the 3-day festival, there is a full lineup of activities and events for the whole family. The schedule includes a parade, contests, live music, games, a 5k run, a talent show, and much more.

Another great thing about the festival is the number of fresh peaches that are available to purchase. They also have a peach auction where the best peaches in the state are auctioned off to the highest bidder.

Mrs. Parnell’s Peachy Things Culinary Contest is a fun contest if you want to show off your best peach recipes. It only costs $5 to enter and the proceeds go to a good cause.
