Welcome to Laramie! This bustling small town is one of the most hospitable in the Cowboy State.

You’ll find this town along I-80 less than an hour from Cheyenne, which makes it convenient for a day trip visit from the city.

For years, travelers have been stopping in to make themselves at home for a few days (or a few years) in this welcoming, warm town. In the summer, it’s truly a delight!

In fact, one of the oddest monuments in the country is an old pyramid dedicated to Railroad tycoons that’s now well off the beaten path.
