We’ve got several great water slides here in Mississippi. But one of the best isn’t in a water park. Nope; it’s hiding in a campground. Completely unique, the 500’ slide sends riders whizzing through trees for an adventure like no other. Take a look:

This is Meridian East/Toomsuba KOA. At first glance, it looks like most other campgrounds – but this is no ordinary campground.

Sure, it features typical amenities, like cabins, RV sites, and tent sites. But it has one amenity that you won’t find at most other campgrounds…

…a 550’ slide that winds through a forest of trees.

The slide’s access point is near the pool, so you can go for a dip before, after, or in between your rides on the slide.

After plenty of twists and turns, the slide comes to an end in a small pool.

Thrilling to say the least, the slide is a blast for all ages and all registered campers. (The only problem is that you’ll want to ride it over and over again.)

Registered campers can use the slide from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
