We love long hikes, don’t get us wrong, but sometimes you just don’t have the time or energy for a long trek through the woods. If you’re in the mood for a fairly easy hike in the Peach State with a big payoff, we’ve got just the waterfall trail in Georgia for you! The Fall Branch Falls Trail in Cherry Log will take you right to a little waterfall that is simply lovely. The best thing about this hike is that it’s short and not too difficult, so it’s manageable for kids and novice hikers or those who aren’t in great shape! Many of the hikes in Georgia’s mountain regions can be quite lengthy, so this one is a real treat. Check it out:
The entire Fall Branch Falls Trail is not even a mile long. Measuring about 0.9 miles, the trail takes a little under 30 minutes to complete in its entirety.
