Most Washingtonians are obsessed with autumn, and for good reason. From the time we feel those first hints of fall weather in the air to the day the last of the golden leaves hit the ground, our state comes alive with vibrant colors, crisp weather, and exciting seasonal events.

You can always take a scenic drive to check out the fantastic fall foliage Washington is blessed with each year. But you might find that you prefer to catch a train instead and just go along for the ride. And there’s no better place to do that than the Snoqualmie Valley.

The Northwest Railway Museum has been around since 1957, and it’s the largest and most comprehensive railroad museum in Washington.
