Soul food is not particularly closely associated with Connecticut. After all, we’re part of New England, and pretty far from the South, both in cultural and geographic terms. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t get great soul food in Connecticut. We have a number of wonderful Southern restaurants in Connecticut, and one of our favorites is Soul Tasty Restaurant in Stamford. This tiny little joint has an incredible menu filled with delicious options from top to bottom. Check it out:
