Fall in Connecticut is a particularly beautiful time. And what better place to visit than one of the most gorgeous areas of the state? Kent Falls State Park is an absolutely magnificent place. With 295 acres to explore, this is a magical park, and it’s especially wonderful when decked out in autumn foliage. The namesake waterfall here is the largest in the Nutmeg State and definitely worthy of a fall day trip.
Most Nutmeg State residents have visited Kent Falls State Park at some point in their lives. The park boasts miles of trails, an amazing waterfall, a charming covered bridge, and plenty of beautiful landscapes.
