Kohler-Andrae State Park in Sheboygan, Wisconsin has an unbelievable breadth of landscapes and experiences to offer its visitors. Situated on the banks of Lake Michigan, the park offers 2.5 miles of sandy beach, camping, boardwalk trails, local flora and fauna, and the Sanderling Nature Center.

In addition to the beautiful beachfront, you can explore river marsh, pine and hardwood forests, and sand dunes at this stunning state park. This landscape began forming during the glacial period when Lake Michigan was made as glaciers melted and moved.

The state park we know and love today is actually two state parks established in the 1920s and 1960s and joined together for a combined 1,000 acres of community space.
