From the Kisatchie National Forest to the coast, Louisiana is full of hiking trails that will awaken you to all of the different landscapes found within the Pelican State. We love the rugged, primitive forest trails just as much as we love the boardwalk trails through the swamps, but rarely do you find a trail that’s so enchanting, that you feel like you’re in a fairy tale. This particular loop trail in Louisiana is one of the most enchanting trails in the state, and it’ll quickly become your go-to trail when you need an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

There are several nature trails within the park, including the two-mile Kiroli Park Loop.

If you thought the covered bridge was unique, just wait until you come to the suspension bridge.
