This Candy Store In Connecticut Is So Enchanting

One destination the entire family is sure to love is a candy store in Connecticut. No matter what type of sugary treats you prefer, it’s tough to not feel like, well, a kid in a candy store, as you walk through the aisles. Seeing the variety of indulgences on display can be almost overwhelming. That’s doubly true for Gumdrops and Lollipops, an old-fashioned candy store that is also an ice cream parlor. This place will be a real treat for even the grumpiest of curmudgeons in your family!

Gumdrops and Lollipops feels so old-fashioned, but it’s actually relatively new, having opened up in 2008.

There’s a small indoor dining area where you can enjoy your treats, though it’s so close to Niantic’s boardwalk that the temptation to enjoy a cone on the beach is strong!
