- Cranston, 153
Google Maps Cranston frequently complains that law changes capping the number of sex offenders allowed in each shelter are sending an excessive number straight to their shelters. That is a valid concern! Cranston has almost as many as Providence.
- Woonsocket, 41
Flickr/David Wilson Because felons have difficulty finding employment, they frequently end up in low income supporting locations like Woonsocket. This poor town filled with low rent triple decker houses is number three on our list.
- Pawtucket, 39

- East Providence, 20
