One of our favorite wineries to enjoy is the lovely Cavender Creek Vineyards in Dahlonega. This small winery is incredibly cozy and welcoming, and the hand-crafted wines you’ll taste here are a delight for vino lovers. There are indoor and outdoor seating areas, and you can even bring outside food to enjoy a picnic on the grounds.
Cavender Creek Vineyards is such a lovely spot! The first wines were produced here in 2009 and the winery has rapidly grown since.

The tasting room was expanded a few years back and there’s a wonderful outdoor area. Is there anything more wonderful than sitting out in such a gorgeous area enjoying a sunny day?

The wine slushies here are incredible, especially on a hot day. They combine the childlike joy of drinking an Icee with all the pleasures of alcoholic drinks.

You’ll find tons for kids to enjoy here. Cavender Creek’s got farm animals, a playground, and non-alcoholic slushies for the little ones.
