I don’t know about you, but I’m a sucker for lakeside dining. It’s hard to beat the beauty around the lakes in Oklahoma, and one of the best places to enjoy a delicious steak and breathtaking views is at The Parrot Steakhouse & Grill on Grand Lake. It also boasts a tropical vibe so you feel like you’re on vacation, all while enjoying a delicious meal close to home.
The Parrot Steakhouse & Grill is located near Honey Creek Landing Marina on Grand Lake in the town of Afton.

Everything we tried was delicious and seasoned to perfection. I would give it 4.5 stars on food and 4.8 stars for the views.

The best time to visit this place is in the summer. Just be forewarned if you visit during busy hours on the weekends, you could encounter a long wait.
