The McAlester Italian Festival has been an annual event since 1971, celebrating the living heritage of the many Italian families of the McAlester area with tasty Italian food, live entertainment, crafts, vendors, and more. This two-day festival is one of the largest in the state and is not only filled with a variety of fun, but they also serve an absurd amount of meatballs and sausage – and it’s the best thing ever.
