There have been no less than three deaths and one suicide in the house or on the grounds.

Other notable spooks said to roam the halls are rare, full-bodied apparitions of both a man and/or a woman, and numerous paranormal investigators have caught a hazy, body-like apparition gliding through the living room, among other things.
