This is an incredible hike that’s unlike any other in the state; but it’s not an easy stroll – be prepared for a bit of a challenge. From the trailhead, the trail descends a rather steep, 200-foot limestone bluff.

Stairs help with the descent, but be prepared to encounter roots and rocky terrain. Use extra caution after a rain, as sections can become a little slippery.

Hikers who take on the challenge will be rewarded with an incredible hike, however. You’ll encounter rocky caves and stunning vistas of the bay, including a marvelous view of Ephraim. Take your time to work your way through the hike, and the experience will be one you won’t soon forget!
