Borrego Springs is the only certified Dark Sky Community in the state, and you’ll soon see that it offers some of the very best stargazing in Southern California. You will be able to feel its unique nature when you’re here, and we can assure you that it’s nothing like any other place you’ve been near the cities. Amazingly, it’s only about a two-and-a-half-hour drive away from Los Angeles. While it’s close by, you’ll definitely feel like you’re in another world in this special place.

Borrego Springs is well-known for its epic huge statues in the middle of the desert, and they may even be more incredible at night. Silhouetted against the night sky, the dragon might start to seem real!
