Here are a few spectacular camping spots in Georgia where beachside camping is not only allowed, but encouraged.

But there are accommodations for up to 30 people maximum. Oh, and it’s worth mentioning, that this is real primitive camping. There are no stores on Ossabaw. Campers must bring all of their food and prepare their own meals.
- Cumberland Island National Seashore—Stafford Beach Campground: Stafford Beach Rd, St Marys, GA 31558

There are tons of backcountry sites to choose from, plus a few restrooms and cold showers. Ferry or private boat access is needed to reach the property, but this just means more seclusion and better beach enjoyment.
