Bring your camera to this park as you can capture views of the Perrine Memorial Bridge and Perrine Coulee Falls. - Kathryn Albertson Park, Boise

This 41-acre park is the perfect place to relax, go for a walk, and enjoy the wildlife. Here, you will find beautiful gazebos, large paths, inspiring water views, and so much more. - Boise Whitewater Park, Boise
Friends of the Boise Whitewater Park/Facebook Boise Whitewater Park may not be the quiet and relaxing riverfront park like others on our list, but it certainly deserves a visit. Located in downtown Boise, this whitewater park features artificial river surfing waves, perfect for surfers, kayakers, and boogie boarders. While you can always get in the water and experience an adrenaline rush, you can also just sit on the side and be entertained by the brave thrill-seekers. - Malad River Park, Malad

- Lakeview Park, Sandpoint

However, in addition to the gorgeous river views that you’ll enjoy at this northern Idaho park, there is a museum, native plant arboretum, multiple walking trails, and a boat launch. - Atlas Mill Park, Coeur d’Alene

Here, you will find an accessible swim area, picnic area, kayak launch, water dog park, playground, and more. This is also one of the access points for the Centennial Trail. Here, you will not only find a war memorial, disco golf course, and large playground, but there are also multiple shelters, picnic areas, and baseball fields. Freeman Park also features multiple walking trails that connect to the beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt, a 10-mile paved trail along the Snake River.
