You must complete a short hike to reach the falls (under a mile) and keep in mind that parking passes are required on the weekends during summertime. Once you reach Kilgore Falls, you’ll want to snap scenic photos and take a refreshing dip if visiting during a warm day. You can even stand right under the waterfall!

Turf Valley Resort is mostly known for golf, but it has so much more to offer, including a delicious restaurant, spa, pool, and manicured grounds that are perfect for an evening stroll.

This gem of the Potomac features rapids and mini waterfalls, as well as several sections of trails. Section A of Billy Goat Trail is a favorite for its rocky views. Be sure to wear shoes with grip as the rocks tend to get wet.

It features the pictured waterfall, Muddy Creek Falls, as well as a couple other waterfalls throughout the park. You’ll definitely want to hike the one-mile trail between the waterfalls here, which runs right along the Youghiogheny River. Bring your camera – this park is stunning!
