Jeffrey Posa is the owner of Posa’s Tamale Factory, and was taught to make tamales by hand by his grandmother when he was only 5 years old! Over the years, he has perfected these tamales!

Of course, when you visit Posa’s Tamale Factory, you have to try the tamales, but there are also plenty of other incredible dishes to try. For starters, Posa’s has the classic New Mexico Tri-Colored Tortilla Chips that you can enjoy with salsa or guacamole. For breakfast, crowd favorites include tamales and eggs topped with red or green chile and the breakfast quesadilla.

However, we all know you are really here for the tamales and Posa’s has plenty of options. Posa’s offers Red Chile Pork Tamales, Green Chile Chicken Tamales, Turkey Tamales, Green Chile Cheese Tamales, and even vegan tamales! And, if you want to take some of these delicious tamales home for later, Posa’s also lets you purchase tamales by the 1/2 or full dozen.
