Lighthouse Beach and Park can be found off Conger Street in Port Huron. This relaxing spot is accessible by car from downtown Detroit in just over one hour, making it the perfect spot for a day trip.

If you’ve ever spent time in Port Huron, you might recognize the lighthouse that sets this park and beach apart: the Fort Gratiot Light. This stunning structure was built in 1825 and stands 85 feet tall.
