Lake Hefner Hiking Trail In Oklahoma Is An Easy Paved Loop Trail

The Lake Hefner Trail is a beautiful trail that is 9 miles long and circles the breathtaking Lake Hefner in Oklahoma City. The stunning views of the golf course, lake, marina/sailboats, and charming lighthouse make this trail a favorite. There are also numerous restaurants and various stopping points along the way. The best part about this trail is that it is essentially flat. So walkers and outdoor enthusiasts of all skill levels will enjoy their time taking in the sites.

One of the more iconic photo spots throughout the Sooner State has to be the Hefner Lighthouse. On this trail, you’ll pass by it and it’s more of a scene from the east coast than the Sooner State. You can park at the lighthouse and start your walk here or there are other access points you’ll find along the road.
