I don’t know about you, but lakeside camping is my favorite. It’s hard to beat waking up with the sunrise glistening down on the water. The park opens for camping on in May every year, so the camping season takes up late spring and all of summer!

The water activities are what make this place stand apart from other campgrounds. There is a water park with two 200 ft. slides, along with pools, a splash pad, and a kids’ zone.

Plus, there is a giant interactive floating water playground called Wibit Aquapark. Even if you are not camping here you can purchase a day pass and enjoy all this fun just for the day.

You’ll also find concession stands and plenty of seating to enjoy snacks and meals. Day passes only cost around $20 for the water park and Wibit, so it’s very affordable for families (a lot cheaper than Disneyland!).

All the facilities are open daily. You can also set up tents along the shoreline or go paddle boarding and kayaking. No matter what activity you choose to do here, one thing is for sure…you’ll make memories to last a lifetime.
