Some of our favorite farms in Colorado with pumpkin patches include Rock Creek Farm, in Boulder, Studt’s Pumpkin Patch and Corn Maze, in Grand Junction, Anderson Farms, in Erie, and The Patch, in Elizabeth. There are also pumpkin farms in Fort Collins, Durango, Parker, and other towns – but we think you get the idea. What is fall in Colorado like? Autumn in Colorado is much chillier than summertime, but definitely not quite as cold as winter gets. Typically, autumn begins in September, when the trees begin to change, and the temperatures steadily begin to fall.
