Hike A Paved Trail By Devils Tower National Monument In Wyoming

Devils Tower National Monument was the country’s very first site designated as such, and it’s easy to see why the National Park Service found this odd geologic feature worthy of preservation and honor. To get the best views, hike the trail around its base on an unforgettable quick trek.

Devils Tower, or Bears Lodge, is a nearly 900 foot monolith that’s likely a prehistoric volcano core.
