Is there any better meal than the first one of the morning? Breakfast is so great that we’d be lying if we said we don’t have it in place of dinner at least once a week. For a meal that has the important job of fueling us for the day, it’s imperative to enjoy the best around. The good news is we believe we may have found it in the form of the best pancakes in New Hampshire!
To find the Heritage Farm Pancake House you’ll need to make your way to Sanbornton in Belknap County. While it might be out of the way for some, we promise it’s worth the trip!

Their maple syrup is extra-special because it’s made using a wood fired evaporator. As one of that last few major maple syrup makers in the state who use this method, you’ll certainly taste the difference.
