Have you ever wondered which cities ranked the most dangerous in the state of Wyoming? Here is a list of the 8 most dangerous places in Wyoming based on statistics from AreaVibes. This list is based on the overall crime rate, including violent and property, in relation to the rest of the states in the U.S. These towns are rated from the highest to the lowest. Of course, you have to take into account that Wyoming has a much smaller population than the other states as well and that these rankings are based on per capita – so overall Wyoming is still a fairly safe place to reside or visit compared to other areas of the country.

Most of these towns have a very small population. Even so, it’s interesting to see how these towns in Wyoming rank per capita compared to the rest of the nation.

Despite having plenty of towns with crime rates higher than the national average, Wyoming is still the best state in the country if you’re looking for a change of scenery.

most dangerous places in Wyoming September 11, 2020 Kim Magaraci What are the most unique towns in Wyoming? Many would consider Thermopolis one of the most unique towns in Wyoming. Not only is the city home to the world’s largest mineral hot spring, but it’s also one of the dinosaur capitals of the country! Cody is another one-of-a-kind town, built to be a vacation destination and turned into one of the most family friendly towns around. Of course, you can’t discount Pinedale, which is the perfect blend of rural, rugged, and a close-knit community. What are the best things about living in Wyoming? Most people will tell you that the best part of life in Wyoming is the fact that you’re constantly surrounded by nature. No matter where you live, you’re just a short drive away from some natural wonders, and the hiking trails throughout the state are out of this world. Plus, you’re always within a few hours’ drive of a national forest, park, or monument! What are the worst things about living in Wyoming? Wyoming is a state with a very low population and a whole lot of land, so it can get a little lonely out here. If you often find yourself craving some city nightlife or a fast-paced lifestyle, you might not want to move to the Cowboy State! Some other tricky parts about living in Wyoming is the off-the-grid life. Cell phone service is rare outside of towns, and it can be hard to find a high-speed internet connection in many of the more isolated corners of the state. That being said, while these may be downsides to some people considering living out here, these factors are just some of the reasons many people DO choose to move to Wyoming.
