Heise Hot Springs in eastern Idaho is a popular summer getaway destination. Dating back to the early 1900s, this hot spring resort has something for everyone from hot pools to swimming pools to a zipline and golf course. Despite the hot spring resort dating back to the early 1900s, Heise Pizza Parlor didn’t make its debut until the 1970s. Since then, it has become a popular place to eat in eastern Idaho.

While the food is incredible, the building itself is quite impressive. This pizza place is located in a large log cabin. The logs for the building came from Hamilton, Montana, and it took only two days to stack the logs and create the pizza parlor that has welcomed guests for years.

While some aspects of Heise Pizza Parlor in Idaho have changed over the years, such as upgrades to equipment, the recipes and high-quality food have remained the same.

Many individuals travel from all over to try the pizza at Heise Pizza Parlor. During your visit, you can choose a traditional pizza like pepperoni or margarita. However, if your taste buds want a treat, try something unique like the German pizza with Thousand Island dressing, Canadian bacon, sauerkraut, and onions.

There are many specialty pizzas on the menu such as a buffalo chicken pizza and the Heise Deluxe, which is topped with Canadian bacon, pepperoni, Italian sausage, black olives, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers.
