Fish Heads in Nags Head is actually over the ocean in North Carolina and this casual bar and grill rarely has any down time, yet it’s totally worth the wait.
Fish Heads is located in conjunction with the Outer Banks Fishing Pier where you can rent rods, get bait and tackle, and… also dine right over the water when the tide is high.
