Edisto Beach State Park and its ocean breezes make any summer day feel a little like paradise. Wander the park’s 4.2-mile trail network to explore the marsh, a maritime forest, and lots and lots of sand between your toes.

Prefer a more remote beach? Head off the island for a few miles and take a short drive over to Botany Bay where you’ll take a short (less than one mile) walk on a trail out to a beach that’s unlike any other around.
