You know the old saying “you can’t judge a book by its cover?” That’s certainly true for businesses. Sure, there are a lot of fantastic shops in Georgia that are trendy, with stylish decor and top-of-the-line marketing that has you wanting to come back for more as soon as you walk out the door. But we certainly also have a lot of hidden gem spots that don’t look like much from the outside, but contain some of the most delicious items  around. One of our favorites in that latter category is Russo’s Seafood in Savannah. This delectable shop has been selling fresh seafood in the Low Country for decades.

You might be tempted to skip over this place. It looks a little rundown and it’s in an area of town a few blocks away from the refined tourist district.
