Looking for summer vacation ideas in Oklahoma? Sure, you can visit Tulsa and Oklahoma City and enjoy big city fun but if you want the best lake in Oklahoma, along with a plethora of outdoor activities and epic scenery, Broken Bow is the place to be. This small town of about 5,000 residents is a nature lover’s dream, especially in the summer because it rarely gets over 100 degrees in this part of the state.
Nestled in southern Oklahoma sits the charming town of Broken Bow - surrounded by exquisite beauty, scenic views, and lush landscape. It has become a prime destination spot in the Sooner State because it’s full of outdoor recreation. It’s beautiful all year long but we think the best time to visit is during summer because it’s a water paradise.
