When it comes to waterfalls, the Natural State has many of them. Some more spectacular than others, but still worth seeing. However, swimming is prohibited at some of these waterfalls. So, isn’t it great when you find a hidden gem with the best of both worlds? Well, there is a tiered waterfall and swimming hole tucked inside the Ozarks that you must add to your summer bucket list.
Located about five miles outside of Boston off Country Road 3415, Kings River Falls is one of Arkansas’ best kept secrets.

Once you locate the trail, the one-mile trek is fairly easy to navigate, with no change in elevation. And the best part is, it’s dog and kid friendly.
