The property in in the heart of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, 40 miles south of Capitol Reef National Park in the tiny town of Boulder. The relocated (and expanded) houses are perched on a hill that provides panoramic views of the sandstone ledges and rock canyons, with easy access to hiking opportunities. The 10 rooms of Annie’s Place offer both a remote retreat and a luxurious destination.

The primary house of Annie’s Place was built in the 1930s. It was relocated and installed on a basement foundation in the 1990s, and Annie’s Place recently added a similar, adjacent structure to complete the 10-room property.
