Cajun and Creole foods are some of the most flavorful foods in the country, most of them made from family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. What are the most popular foods in Louisiana? From alligator to andouille, Louisiana has a lengthy list of popular foods you need to try. Many of Louisiana’s most popular foods are seafood-related since we are so close to the Gulf of Mexico.
