What food is Buffalo known for? Buffalo’s menu is diverse, with several unique favorites and new restaurants opening on the regular. New York City isn’t the only part of the state with a vibrant foodie scene. In fact, for some of these dishes, you have better luck further upstate. While it’s nice to expand our horizons and try new cuisine, we’re always happy to stick to the classics. Here are eleven iconic foods that simply scream “Buffalo.”
